Amee and Kolton, aren't they cute. We decided pictures in the backyard would be a great alternative to paying "way to much" at the Prom.

Amee's 17th Birthday

Amee choose not to have a traditional Birthday Cake, as it turned out the mix made 17 cupcakes.
Look.....no boyfriends. She got them all.

This is how we celebrated Amee's birthday. Prom was on Amee's birthday, so we had to improvise. Instead of Amee and I going out to lunch she chose breakfast out with both mom and dad at The Omlette Express on Thursday. Thursday night she chose my Tangy Country Style Ribs with rice, Ceasar Salad and Vanilla Cupcakes with Rainbow Chip frosting, served with Cookie Dough Ice cream. Friday, Amee, JoAnna, Elissa, Mary and I went to Konocti to see Trace Adkins in concert. Front row seats....AWESOME. Then on Saturday morning she chose to have my Oven Omlette with Melon-Grape salad.

Lunch at Taco Bell with mom and Pot Stickers for dinner, followed by yellow cake with chocolate frosting served with vanilla ice cream.
