The FAMILY says "Merry Christmas one and all". Can you believe it, there are only 13 people missing. (28 here)

Silly Grandma, getting every little bit. You know lucky would love that.

Wii was the big attraction at Grandma and Grandpa Harris' this year.

It just wouldn't be Christmas without green waffles with berries and cream. yummmmmm
Bryan, Amee, Bayley, Jo, Roger and Grandma Harris.

Roger, David and Faith enjoying waffles.

Merry Christmas

The stockings are the first thing we open on Christmas morning. Just look at these excited faces. I just love them to pieces.

Amee thought getting the boys these matching gifts would be a great idea. If your pictures is hanging in our house, you've been a target.

Amee made Roger his very own ice cream bowl. It reads "Daddy's Ice Cream Bowl" on the bottom inside it reads "all gone". What a great idea babe.

Calendars for the next year are a Christmas tradition.

Amee gets stuck trying to get that last gift from under the tree.
Roger decided this picture had to be posted.

Christmas Eve

Each year we get the kids a new ornament and we hang them on the tree on Christmas Eve.

I had planned on these real nice glass ornaments, but when I saw these I just had to get them. (click on the picture and you will be able to read them)

David with his cousin Alexis while playing cards.

The guys were sitting in the kitchen playing cards and didn't notice the popcorn was going everywhere.

Roger's Big Adventure

(this is a cell phone picture)
Dec. 19th, as Roger, Glenn, Andy and Jon were ready to head for California. They had gotten 16" of snow over night. It took them 1 1/2 hours to make it from this driveway to the end of the block.

"The Dad Tracker"

We thought it would be great if David could keep track on Roger's trip. He called or text us each time they crossed the boarder into a new state. I only got one call at 1:00am.

Roger left for Wisconsin on Dec 16th to help move his brother Glenn and family home to California. Heather and the kids fly in on wednesday, the 24th. We can't wait to see them. Roger flew from Oakland to Salt Lake City, where he boarded a flight with his brother Andy to Chicago. Their brother-in-law Jon joined them on thursday the 18th. The Uhaul truck broke down an hour out. They left a whole day and a new truck later. There were 4 drivers and 2 vehicles. The plan was to rotate drivers. The weather was terrible across the upper plains so they decided to go south. They figured it out as 2400 miles and 48 hours. Well, they did it 7 states in 48 hours, even with another break down about 2 1/2 hours from home. We are so happy that they are home safe and in time for Christmas. They diffently had a journal worthy trip.

5th grade Christmas party

Today we had the Christmas party in David's class. It was awesome, the class sponsored a letter for the new Sonoma County Secret Santa Program (formerly the KZST SS Letter Program). The response was amazing, it brought me to tears. These kids will never know what an impact this Christmas will have on this family. I sincerely hope they will remember how they felt to help out someone in need, forever.

"It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Christmas, Everywhere You Go"

I love the look of the house all decked out for Christmas. It is so cozy and homey. I decorate just about everywhere; the top of the cabinets, the top of the fridge, the countertops, the entertainment centers, the book cases, our dressers, you will even find a little Christmas in the bathrooms.

'O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree"

Christmas Tree decorating is a Family Affair.
We blast the Christmas music and have hot chocolate.
We decided to put up our artifical tree this year, due to tight funds.
(We went Green)
Stretch Dave Stretch

Even the grumpys joined in. They usually are less grumpy about half way through the process.

I will finish up the tree later. When no one is home.

With Christmas Music Blasting

We had to take at least one goofy picture.

The Christmas staging area.
We staged the Christmas decorations in the garage, because it will take me at least a week to decorate.

David headed into the attic to help dad.

A few of you have heard Amee talk about our "human conveyor belt", well here we go.

David and Roger were in the attic. Amee to Bryan to myself, and behind me is Ryan, Amee's boyfriend, who came in through the garage door.
