Amee took her driver's test. I think I was the nervous one.
And PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!!
I have mixed feelings. Our "baby doll" is driving out in the "big scary world" where everyone drives crazy. Ok, so I worry...alot. On the other hand, we no longer have to drive her to Seminary, at 6:00am, or to babysitting jobs or any of her many other activities. The church has even changed the dance times so that those kids who haven't had their licenses a year will not be on the road after 11:00pm.
Amee started working, a regular job, in September. She just walked in and asked for an application, on Monday, turned it in on Tuesday, and was hired on Wednesday. She is working at True Value Hardware. Hardware, Amee, you had to pick hardware. The owners just love her. (The guy in the background is her boss, the owner's son). She has also worked the Home Show at the fairgrounds for Friedman's, along with Bryan, and had her first full weekend babysitting job. She is disappointed she can't work the Home Show this spring, she is already registered for Youth Conference, in San Francisco.
I almost, forgot Amee was even proposed to last summer. Sorry, no picture to accompany this memorable event. It was over the phone while he was out of town.
That's all for now, look for the next post, all about Bryan and then David.
